  8. This is an authentic recipe a friend got from Hawaii - was used at a
  9. restaurant - makes excellent Xmas gifts alot with recipe.

  11. 1    gallon soy sauce
  12. 4    lbs. brown sugar
  13. 2    whole garlics, crushed
  14. 4    lemons/limes juice
  15. 1/2 gallon of water
  16. 2    cuts olive oil
  17. 1/2  lb. ginger root, minced
  18. 2    bunches of green onions, chopped
  19. 1/2 bottle of dry sherry
  20. or
  21. 1/2 cup whiskey
  22.  
  23. Mix all ingredients together.
  24.  
  25. MAY BE DIVIDED IN FOURTHS FOR HOME USE!

  27. Cures faster if left at room temperature for (1) one week - then
  28. refrigerate.
